The complaint planner
Text is held in the current page’s memory to build your draft. The planner does not send your text to a server, use AI to process it, or save it in browser storage. Reloading or closing the page clears it. A download saves a text file to your own device.
Keep downloaded files secure, especially on a shared device. Your browser, extensions and device may have their own settings or records outside this tool’s control.
Website delivery and external services
The website host processes technical requests needed to deliver the site. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. When you follow an external link, the destination’s own privacy terms apply. Emailing us sends information through your email provider and the recipient’s email service.
No automatic submission or publication
Downloading a draft does not send it to anyone. The site does not attach evidence, file complaints, take payments or publish stories through these tools.
